What if I have to cancel my 2014 Reunion Reservation?
Occasionally circumstances change and a Band Alum who was planning to attend the Reunion cannot do so. Refunds will be made accordingly, depending on deadlines below. Cancellations and requests must be made by US mail or by email to Donelle Flick [contact info below].

We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time, and will post any changes to this Policy as soon as they take effect. If you have any questions or comments about this Policy, feel free to email us.

1. A $50 fee will be applied to all cancelled reservations.
2. Ticket payments are refundable prior to April 15th.
3.  Legends food vouchers and instrument rental fees are refundable prior to September 15th.
4. After hats and polos have been ordered they are not refundable.  In case of cancellations, the ordered apparel will be shipped to the Band Alum following the Reunion.
5.  After September 15th, all cancellations are non-refundable.
6.  Due to tax implications, O’Brien donations are non-refundable
7. Refunds may not be processed until after Reunion.

Important Information and Restrictions

NOTRE DAME 2014 FOOTBALL TICKET PRICES HAVE NOT BEEN SET at this time. The best estimates are around $95. If the final price varies significantly, adjustments will be made to Reunion pricing accordingly.

YOU ARE ALLOWED TO ORDER UP TO TWO TICKETS TOTAL FOR THE GAME.  This includes your field seat and a ticket for your guest.  Participating Alumni will receive one Sideline Seat (on the field) for yourself and one Guest Seat (see next paragraph) for your guest or family member.  All tickets will be held in the Band office and distributed to you when you arrive to check-in for the Reunion.

GUEST SEATS: You may bring one guest and request the location of your guest’s seat.  They can be placed next to you in the participating band seating, in the ticketed south end zone bleacher seating, or in regular stadium seating. The Band Reunion has a limited supply of Stadium Seats.  When those tickets are sold-out, guest tickets will be assigned to the ticketed south end zone bleacher seating on the field.  All seating requests will be handled on a first come, first served basis.

THE TICKET OFFICE REGULAR LOTTERY: All Band Reunion applications will be processed prior to the Ticket Office’s mailing of the 2014 Alumni Ticket Lottery Applications. The Band office will submit a list of all the Band Reunion ticket recipients to the Ticket Office. Anyone on the list who also applies for Alumni Lottery tickets will automatically not receive lottery tickets for that game. Thus, when your Band Reunion application has been accepted, you will not be able to get extra Stanford game tickets through the lottery.

FRIDAY LEGENDS: Social time will be held at Legends Restaurant and Alehouse Pub 4:00pm to 12:00am. Alums with their families and guests are welcome to stop by. Food vouchers may be purchased for $10 each. The vouchers may be used on the restaurant or club side of Legends for food only. On the club side, the voucher will cover your choice of burger, brat, hot dog, or chicken, as well as a side and a soda. On the restaurant side, the voucher can be used towards the purchase of a meal. Other beverages will be available for purchase.

MARCHING HATS (white) and 2014 Alumni Band MARCHING POLO SHIRTS (navy blue) are required for those marching on the field with the Alumni Band. If you have a white hat from a previous Reunion, you can use it again. One 2014 Alumni Band MARCHING POLO shirt is included in the participant registration price.  Additional polo shirts for family or guests may be purchased if desired but are not required.

INSTRUMENTS are your responsibility, and you should do everything possible to obtain an instrument. Borrow an instrument from a friend or from a local school, rent one from a music store, or prowl neighborhood garage sales. The ND Band will make available (for a rental fee) a limited number of large instruments such as sousaphones, baritones, and percussion, and will make every effort to help with other instruments. ALUMNI MASS: As in past years, there will be a Band Alumni Reunion Mass in the Band Building main room immediately following the football game activities, and all are invited to attend. This extraordinary Liturgy has been one of the highlights of past reunions and, as part of your registration response, we are soliciting your interest for participation in the liturgy and music ministry. This year we hope to have all of the planning done and rehearsal scheduled before alums get to South Bend. Besides the actual Mass, there will be a music rehearsal for all musicians and singers AFTER the Saturday morning rehearsal with the ND marching band. Please indicate your area of interest on the form below. You will be contacted well before the reunion with details.

O’BRIEN FUND contributions will be forwarded to the ND Development Office and will give you the same tax advantages and football ticket privileges as with any contribution to the Annual Fund. Note: If you need an instrument for the 2014 Reunion, please consider sponsoring an instrument through the O’Brien Fund. The Band will purchase the instrument which you will use for the 2014 Reunion. Then the ND Band will have a new instrument and future generations of the Band will benefit from your donation. Contact the Band office for details.

ATTIRE: The 2014 Alumni Band polo shirt and a white Reunion ball cap are required for participating Alumni.  Navy blue pants or blue jeans along with athletic shoes are encouraged.
