Director of Operations
Since graduating from Notre Dame in 2002, Donelle has been making sure the daily workings of the band are running smoothly. Prior to earning her degree in psychology, she spent four years as one of the Band’s most valuable student managers.

Fr. Chris Rehagen, C.S.C.
Band Chaplain
Originally from Jefferson City, MO, Fr. Christopher Rehagen, CSC, was ordained as a Holy Cross priest in 2015.  He graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2009 with a degree in Finance and Economics (and a minor in Theology) and entered formation in the Congregation of Holy Cross the following year.  While in formation, he earned a Master of Divinity degree from Notre Dame in 2014 and served in a variety of ministries, including hospital chaplaincy, campus ministry, parish work, and direct service to the poor.  Before coming to O'Neill, he spent two years serving as a Deacon and Parochial Vicar at Christ the King Parish in South Bend, Indiana.  He has been the rector of O'Neill since Fall 2016.  In his free time, Fr. Chris enjoys playing sports and board games, reading, spending time with family and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.

Heather Gollatz-Dukeman
Photographer
Heather has been photographing Notre Dame for several years covering nearly every sort of event one could imagine. She additionally owns and operates HG Photography and is actively involved in the community. Heather has been visually archiving game days, concerts and special events for the Band since 2004.

Shelley Way
Administrative Assistant
Shelley joined the Band staff in 2011 and has been at Notre Dame since 2000. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Public and Environmental Affairs. She is a lifelong resident of South Bend and has been extremely active in her parish, the local community, civic organizations, and local conservation efforts.

Jon Thompson
Announcer
Jon Thompson is well known throughout northern Indiana as the host of “JT In The Morning.” The show, which is the area’s most popular and longest-running morning radio show, has been on the air since 1975. JT, who is originally from West Brookfield, Massachusetts, is an avid sports fan, golfer and local high school and college baseball umpire. JT has been the golden voice of the Band of the Fighting Irish since 1997.

Greg Spretnjak
Audio/Video
Greg has been recording the Band’s game day performances since the National Championship year of 1988. He holds two degrees from Notre Dame (BA ’84, BA ’86) and marched sousaphone during his undergraduate years. Since 1986 Greg has worked as the School Service Department manager for The Woodwind and The Brasswind, one of the world’s largest providers of musical instruments.

Andy Benjamin
Audio/Video
Andy stakes his ground in the press box each week to get the best bird’s-eye-view of the Band’s performances. Originally from Three Oaks, Michigan, Andy has been a fervent Irish fan all his life and was an enthusiastic sousaphone player and student officer with the Notre Dame Band. He graduated from ND in 2001 with a degree in Film, Television and Theatre, and has been shooting video for the Band ever since.
